Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Most kitchens in Syracuse will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in New York usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 4–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (315) 214-4664. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, inkassyracuse.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 514 reviews, which is a strong result for a restaurant in Syracuse and suggests consistent service.
Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Syracuse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had such a hard time choosing from the menu. Such great choices! I will have to go back. Very pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress was cheerful, nice, and helpful. The food and drinks delicious! We had the mushroom and octopus skewers for appetizers. My friend ordered the Filet Mignon Risotto that she said was delicious, flavorful, and decadent. I ordered the Salmon glazed with orange butter. I should not have to say more, but OMG it was so good!

We ended up eating here twice on a trip from Ohio to Maine on the way there and back. The food is amazing , everything is flavorful, cooked great, literally nothing we had wasn’t good. We had the same server both times (Verona) and she was great. You literally can’t go wrong going here and it’s very much worth the price! It will be expensive but just know you’re getting great quality. We made reservations both times, but I will say it wasn’t super busy but I would still make them to be safe. My fav is the Lomo Saltado! Wish this was in Cleveland!!!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Inka’s in downtown Syracuse. The restaurant has a stylish and modern interior with a lively atmosphere, making it a great place for a relaxed meal or a special occasion. The food was beautifully presented and packed with vibrant Peruvian flavors. The ingredients tasted fresh, and every dish was well prepared. The service was friendly, attentive, and happy to explain the menu for those who are new to Peruvian cuisine. One small surprise was that the restaurant does not accept Apple Pay. We were asked to use a physical credit card instead, which felt a bit unexpected nowadays since contactless payments are so widely accepted. Overall, prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food, service, and overall dining experience. If you’re looking to try something different in Syracuse, Inka’s is definitely worth a visit. I’d be happy to return and explore more of their menu.

We went to Inka for our anniversary and had a really nice evening. Within walking distance from the Syracuse Marriott Downtown (used to be the Syracuse Hotel). The cocktails were delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was very good and presented in a fun, creative way. The ceviche was absolutely incredible and is a must-order...it was the perfect balance of spicy & sweet and the highlight of the meal. The only minor downside was that our table was seated right next to the area where plates were cleared and silverware was stored, which was a little distracting at times. Other than that, it was a great experience, a nice night out and a place I'd recommend for a night out on the town.

I wish I'd gotten pictures of the appetizer and dessert! We started with Papa a La Huancaína (Veg, GF)--great flavors. Our entrees are pictured below. Their plating was better than what's shown...we couldn't wait to dig in! My hisband and son both loved the flavor, noting you could really taste the chii. Im not much of a risotto fan. Good thing I didn't get it. I had the pasta dish with the fillet. The waiter did not steer me wrong. The fillet with grilled to perfection. And the pasta for super yummy. For dessert, we each got a Tres Leches Del Día with paired with their superb black coffee. We left full and with takeaway bags. They are a little pricey, but the portions are big. Great place for a celebratory dinner!!6
